Question Seat Belt Stuck

My 2004 TB Front Passenger Seat Belt WILL NOT RETRACT. I used it to secure a large box and pulled it all the way out, now it will not retract.
I removed the upper plastic "guides" to see inside the seat, thought maybe I could see where to unlatch it, no luck. Anyone know what to do?

I fixed it

I WAS WRONG... the belt was stuck, but not all the way pulled out... took off the headrest & got enough play to release & retract.
