Class action lawsuit question

My 2003 TB has just begun developing an intermittent reduced engine power and service engine light issue with DTC 0601. I looked online and there are many problems with this and some talk of a lawsuit. Anyone know where I can find more information about this. I cant believe that all these people have just shut up and paid to have it fixed. No I havent figured out the suspension alignment issue yet..Please advise regarding this DTC and lawsuits...

Here is my opinion on that one. Your car computer went bad. When you home computer goes bad do you sue HP or Compac or Dell or whoever built your computer? No, u replace it. I know it's not exactly the same and car computers don't usually go bad, but they are both computers

The only people that win in class-action lawsuits are the lawyers. The average plaintiffs gets next to nothing.
