Aftermarket stereo rear speakers not working

Hello all, new to forum, just installed a aftermarket kenwood cd player with the gmrc-01 adapter kit. Wires are pretty self explanitory being color coded and all. I've hooked up many a stereos in cars but with this one my rear speakers won't work. I've got a kicker amp and kicker comp 12 inch sub which the only rear sound I have. Someone help before I go totaly insane.. thanks in advance

Angry fixed

Turns out that both rear speakers were blown. While I was in there I found out why my rear window didn't go down, cables were off and window was being held up by vise grips.
