Will my stock electrical system be ok?

I am in the process of installing my new audio system. Here is what I am doing.
Pioneer AVP1400DVD head unit
Pioneer GEX-P920XM XM satellite Radio Tuner
Polk DB-6501 6.5-inch 2-way component system 100 watts continuous 300 watts max
Polk DB-651 6.5 coxial speakers 55 watts continuous 165 watts max
Cerwin Vega 4 channel amp-Model: VEGA500.4
MAX Power: 250W x 4 @ 2Ω
RMS Power: 125W x 4 @ 2Ω
2-12" Rockford Fosgate P3D4 subs 500 watts continuous 1000 watts max
Cerwin Vega- Stroker 1000.1 amp
4 ohms: 400 watts x 1 chan.
2 ohms: 750 watts x 1 chan.
1 ohm: 1000 watts x 1 chan.

My question is will my stock electrical system be ok or am I going to have to look at upgrading it?

Nope! you didn't say which alt yours has but either way,and you didn't write which way Cerwin Vega is going to be used but if I figure it at the lowest wattage it still would need over 283 amps if I figured it out right!

It has the stock alternator. I will be pushing close to 1000 watts total. I do not know very much about upgrading the electrical. Can I use separate batteries or a capacitor? Really do not want to attempt a dual alternator setup.

Well you change the output and 1.000w is 83 amps. still don't know your alt is?but is probably half it's output.
