2004 TrailBlazer knocking noise

I have a 2004 TrailBlazer that makes a knocking type noise that seems to becoming from the right rear of the car. It happens intermittently and in rapid succession like 5,6, or 7 knocks very fast. It could do this 20 times in a one hour drive and then not do it again for another day. The repair shop replaced rear shocks, brake pads, rotors, stabilizer links. They tell me the universal joints look ok. None of these things have solved the problem. Has anyone else experienced something like this. Thanks.

Knock

2004 TB had similar issue, mine turned out to be loose spare. Check by trying to move it. If it moves tighten lift cable
