I have owned an 02 trailblazer since 04 and the service 4x4 light has been on since 06. GM Replaced the selector switch twice, found a really poor ground somewhere on the transfer case, got it working till the warranty ran out and that was the last time I had 4 wheel drive. The truck now has 161,000 miles on it and I have finally been looking into fixing the 4x4 problem. From what Iíve read here on the forum I can pretty much take a Tccm from any Chevy truck after 02 and throw it in and not have to reprogram is this correct? And do the numbers on the tccm matter one set of numbers look like gear ratios (11:03-OD).
This truck also has a really intermittent but serious battery drain it can kill a new battery in 12hrs, worked on that a few times and when I pull the BCM fuse the draw goes away. I only mentioned this because I donít know if my problems may be related, Iíd like to think they started at around the same time. Any help would be appreciated. And were can I get a wiring diagram
