Ok guys, it's gonna be in April we know this, as every year. Just wanna figure out what everyone else wants to do. Same place? Same weekend? We have inventory at work so I really hope that doesn't fall on the same weekend :(... and I know Kevin, you are gonna have something to say but I got excited, lol. And I do help you run this stuff so I'm taking charge... you were supposed to have this thread up last month mister.

So what are you guys thinking? Was Stone Mountain nice enough to do it again?

sorry guys;

so for those of us who know the area which park would you like to have the meet at; the ones I am looking at are on the south side of the lake and easy access from I-985

Van Pugh North

or

Buford Dam Park

the price of a pavilion is the same at either park so that is not an issue and both parks have a per car fee which is $4 per truck. Let me know what everyone thinks and i can make the reservation soon

Ok guys I just got off the phone with the people to reserve the pavilion and Burford Dam Park's pavilions were kind of tucked away in the woods with no lake views; Van Pugh North's pavilion had full lake views so I decided to go with Van Pugh North.

The reservation is for April 10

We now need to start a more accurate list of who is coming and what food everyone is bringing to cook out with.
