I TOLD HIM A BELONG TO 2 FORUMS AND I WOULD SPREAD THE WORD SO IF YOU LIKE THE STYLE OF THOSE ON http://www.racemeshgrilles.com SEND THEM AN EMAIL SAYING THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE GRILLS FOR THE TRAILBLAZER SS I TOLD HIM THAT IT WOULD BE NICE TO DO ALL OF THE TRUCK FRONT AND REAR. THEY WILL DO A CUSTOM ONE IF YOU SEND THEM ALL OF YOUR GRILL PIECES

they pop out pretty easy. the one in front of the fogs basically pulls right out. there are little tabs that hold them in if you just pull from one side they will come out. i have already done this the rear should be the same i dont have my truck to find out but they should be the same. mabye if you send yours out as a prototype they will start producing them or is anyone in the area???? they are someplace in Cali.

Ok, he already sent me a message! here it is:
FYI - I had an up close look at the TB SS this afternoon at my local Dealership.

Findings -

An overlay design (8-Piece) would be the easiest and most cost effective.

The two small openings under the headlights and perhaps the chrome trimmed openings below that can be a complete RaceMesh replacement (i.e. remove the plastic grids and attach the RaceMesh inserts from behind). The main upper OEM grids seem to be a one piece unit that provide all the attachment points to the body, so the work involved in modifying this looks to be extensive. The rear grids are also an overlay candidate, but perhaps could be modified (dremeling the grid out by completely cutting out the grid to provide a clean line) to also be inserted from behind this 2 opening unit.

Please let me know your (and the forum TB SS crowd) thoughts.

As I've said before, if enough interest, we would seriously have a look as the TB SS RaceMesh Precision Grilles RD.

Thank you,
Michael

Oops - forgot the lower center grille. This too looks like the best approach is an overlay desgin, which would cover the foglights. And that makes it a 9-Piece RaceMesh offering.

I really think this grille would look amazing! if and when it becomes avail. ill be one of the first on the list. keep posting with your thoughts. I will relay them to him for us.

/\/\/\/\ That would be acceptable with just the two centers and fog light grills done as overlays. I would love to see what this would look like. Any photochopers that good?
