First of all I absolutely hate that place. Second, they're either liars or just dumb. They'll also try to sell you a new car if they had them. "Looks like you need a new cabin air filter" "I just replaced it yesterday" "Oh, that's just based on the mileage". "We noticed you could use new rear brake calipers" "Are they leaking or something?" "No, just based on the mileage they should be replaced". "We need to show you something about tires" "Did they fail the inspection?" "No, but you could use some $900 tires soon" "Gimme my f'n inspection papers". Three separate visits. Sorry about the rant.
As you now know, the only thing they can't adjust is castor. I'd take it to another location or at least demand the difference of the 1 time and lifetime alignment. If that fails, take it another shop that has all the right tools and know what they're doing. I took mine to a shop that the owner/employees road and drag race on the weekends, so they know about setups. Also informed them about the 2 lower control arm bolts. They did adjust them and the alignment was right the first time.
