led passenger side headlight not as bright as the driver side

I put in led low beams this weekend and I noticed that when you look at the driver side bulb when it is locked in place the light elements face sideways and when the passenger side is locked in place the light elements face up and down. How do I get the passenger side to look like the drivers side. Thank you

Here is the website that I purchased my LED headlights from http://www.opt-7.com/fluxbeam-x-led-headlights/ to give you an idea of what I am trying to explain. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Good Morning,

How do you re-index the headlights. I have never done that before. Does doing this put the low beam on top and high beam on the bottom or vise versa. Thank you

You can clean the lens again. Last time, due to ads, I just installed an LED kit but it was also about sharp brightness but this year, I installed HID lights into my vehicle and it is not giving panic to my eyes. The view is also immaculate, especially in fog.
