02 envoy GONE CRAZY!

I'm having mild issues, but troubling.
Here's what I've done in past 60 days.
New starter, new battery, new IAT sensor, new oil pressure sensor and oil change, new coils and ac plugs, new fuel filter, new fuel pressure regulator, seafoam tank. Intake, and throttle. (Tb off and cleaned 3mths ago) new driver wheel hub and upper and lower balljoints. I believe that's everything. Oh, New tranny 20 months ago . I am having odd issue. P0306 weird idle. Codes at 3000rpm. Secondary, ABS LIGHT AND BRAKE LIGHT onI'm very lost to a solution. Anything helpful would be appreciated.

Something else worth mentioning. Before the code this week, the truck was doing the following.

Cold start as normal. Drive normal.
Turn the truck off, wait 10 minutes, truck would NOT START without forcing into flood mode. Then drove normal. It had the typical "starving for fuel" attitude. That's when I changed the fuel filter, thinking I had a clog.

This condition is still there.
I've considered camshaft sensor? Fuel pump?

Fyi plugs changed yesterday had a white look to them, running lean?

By VSS you mean Vehicle Speed Sensor. What does that have to do with engine running rough or not starting?
