Electrical???

While driving 06 TBSS the speedometer stop working and truck goes in to limp mode, very little accelaration. Also, when I start truck the dash is say the truck is in 1st gear but it really in park. (Intermitted)

Code P0449 has to do with the Evap Emissions Vent Valve circuit. Your second code (O1010) doesn't make any sense and is not a valid code, please recheck.

As far as the speedometer failure and the reduced power, a bad VSS (vehicle speed sensor) could cause both.

And your gear indicator nor showing the correct selection, that could be an intermittent gear select switch that is mounted on the transmission.
