changed spark plugs and cleaned TB and now its dead

I just hit 80k on my 07 with the 6 in it. I changed the spark plugs last night and cleaned the TB put it all back together and pulled the 28/10 fuses. Let it sit for about 15 minutes put the fuses back in started it up and drove it around for about 10 minutes and it drove great.
Get in this morning and turned the key and it was dead. All i can hear is the cd player making noise. I cant shift it out of park to push it out of the garage because its dead and the key will not turn all the way back. I put a volt meter on the battery and it only had 4 volts.
Any idea what would of caused this?

Make sure that your battery post are making good contact . Happened to me once . Drove car fine after doing work on it then came back out unable to start it . I was also unable to get key out of ignition . Finally tightened battery connection and it started right up . Was getting some power to radio also but I guess it was not enough to power whole system up .
