can I measure fuel trim with inexpensive scanner?

I have an android OBD scanner and the torque application. I see online that I need to look at fuel trim as a single percentage value. My scanner has multiple readouts at various banks and sensors, but not a single value.

Do I need to invest in a better tool? I'd like to read chassis codes eventually to chase down the intermittent "service stabiltrak" warning
