well I wanted to add my pics to the ring as well. heres my wifes truck I bought and fixed for her. Guy riding along looking into his douvble mocha latte and when he looked up again he was chewing the ass off a f150. Sold me the truck(2002) in 2010 with only 70k on the odo. after finding the parts and labor we had a total of 4k in the truck.

And i have to sneak one more in my friends 05 malibu with 40k on it bought in 2009 for only 1500. Total after parts and labor 4450. take that dealership!

and of couse check out my avatar thats my newest project:
03 tb one owner girl runs off road striking guy wire. 140k on the odo. bought the truck for 450.00

I'm curious how you hydrolocked the engine... did you just hit the hole too hard? I've run through holes as deep or deeper than that before with no problems. I was more worried about the vents on my front and rear diff than the motor.

Read the how-to on here that covers modding the door seals to combat wind noise. It works well for sealing up the doors against water intrusion as well. A long stick to measure the hole you're about to hit helps too

Doesn't look like the airbags deployed though... how fast were you going? Do you remember?

I was alone and was unhurt. The airbags didn't go off (a blessing in disguise!) and I was probably going about 25-30 upon impact.

Tokyo drifted on the interstate... kept it on all 4's. Probably the most epic piece of driving I've ever done. Truck's totalled...

And yes, I totally won the battle against the Cadillac Escalade.

Sorry to hear about the TB, but it's nice to see you "win" out there...
