All done! They're identical (in size) to the stock clips.

Take a look in the classifieds if you want a set mailed to you.

I'd like to buy a set of brackets from you but I can't find your classified ad. Can you post a link or contact info?

BTW, Thanks for making these available, I was thinking of doing this myself, but you beat me to it. Nice job.

I could not wait on a new fancy fab part, so I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy me a 3$ galvanized tape. I Took out the two screws on the inner door panel, set in the tape in the two holes.

Then reouted that tightly to the door hole, it took a little work and readjusting to fit the correct hole, but after 30mins, I was able to get the tape to secure this pices. I also did the same thing to the buttom hole below the side of the door.

I had to play around with the screw to get it to fit on the shell with it's #10 screw, but 30mins and 3$ and it holds my door now!

THis is the tape I used with a Phillips ScrewDriver & #10 for the top bracket, and a #7 and #10 for the side bottom bracket. Yes both were broken.

This is how the type looks.

I found it in the pluming isle.

I have not, I just did my own brackets with the galvanized tape. It works out great and I did not have to worry about waiting on a part that may never be sold or even made again. The tape works out great, I have not had any issues with this since I installed it, also I have taken my door off a few times to add in tweeters and the removal and install of this is still pretty easy plus it holds out, not bad for 3$.

Door Panel Solution

Removing the entire panel was too much effort, so I removed the window controls part and was able to see the broken plastic bracket that held the panel to the door. I used gorilla glue and braced it overnight with a 2x4 and it has held ever since. It's not perfectly tight to the door because I didn't pursue the second bracket which was harder to reach, but I'd say it's 90%.
