Exclamation Performance Friction Brakes is willing

i spoke with a representative from Performance Friction Brakes about a compound for the TBSS. interestingly enough, they dont have anything for us, yet. the rep i spoke with is familiar with the anemic braking because he used to own a TBSS.

Performance Friction Brakes is willing to make brake pads for the TBSS if there is enough interest. if we can get at least 15 people 'interested' , then he will bring it to the production manager to produce. once interest is sparked, then pricing will soon follow. i will be checking this thread to add names and i am going to forward a link to the rep. he seemed very receptive when speaking with him today about getting pads and possibly a 'big brake upgrade' going. something alot better than Baer or Wilwood.

this is only for front and/or rear pads at the moment...

33 views and no one is interested?? jeez....
ive only been a reader on this forum and thought i would bring it up to this forum since alot of TBSS owners irritated by the dust....i know i am.

there had been interest generated on the TBSSowners forum and if anyone is interested here, the vendor will definitely be willing to post up pricing and such as i am just setting up interest for the vendor-Performance Friction Brakes.

Maybe if this thread was moved to the "SS section" you would get more responses.

well i just swapped pads, don't think i'm going to be in the market for them for, idk, 2 years?

would i like to have more options when the time comes? sure! as long as they are reasonably priced... figure the $60-$80 range for "high end" pads
