Brights turn on with right turn blinker

Been having this issue for a while. When I turn on the right blinker to change lanes or make a turn, it turns my brights on 60-70 percent of the time. I judged starting having issues turning the brights off as well.

Any thoughts on this on this would be appreciated.

If it's intermittent like you say, I would say the stalk assembly on the steering column is bad.

My trailblazer was doing the exact same thing, it's the turn signal switch on the steering column, i replaced mine and haven't had any issues since. It's a common trailblazer problem.

It seems to be a common issue. Happened to me a year ago. Some advise, I searched the part number for the turn signal stalk on walmart.com and found it available from one of their online sellers for like $34, auto places wanted over $100 for it. You'll also need a steering wheel puller to swap it, but it is pretty easy, and problem solved.
