NO more sloppy drive-by-wire feeling

Recently had my truck tuned by Corvettes of Westchester here in NY. Chuck is now offering what he calls the "Cow Booster"...he's figured out how to re-calibrate the throttle....thus totally eliminating the crappy drive-by-wire feeling. The difference is shocking. He's been installing them in 'Vettes, Camaros and G8s for a while, mine is the first TBSS he's done.

Here's a better description of the science behind it...

This is really interesting, but my question to you is.
What difference did it make on you TBSS?

Like I said, the difference is shocking....you hit the gas and the truck goes. No more delay or mushy pedal.

Is this any different than the torque management that's removed or modified in a PCMforless tune? PCMforless has been doing it for years.

The exact science is way over my head...but from what I understand it has nothing to do with TM. It's not something that's adjustable with normal tuning software. Sure a good tuner can make your throttle response better than stock, but this makes it even more snappy.
