Which fuse box are you talking about? Underhood or rear seat?

Fuse #6 in the rear fuse box powers the Liftgate Module (LGM) and the Driver's and Passenger's memory seat modules (these are not the window control modules). You will need to monitor the current draw thru the fuse and unplug these devices one at a time to narrow down the faulty area.
