a/c compressor short cycles

05 Envoy 4.2--compressor clutch engages 5 sec/then off, cycles that way. outside temps 80 deg, static pressures hi/lo 90 psi, running LO pressure climbs to 45 psi when comp. 'off' then drops to 0 psi when comp 'on'',Hi pressure climbs to 125 psi when comp 'on',drops to 100 psi compressor 'off'. Read low pressure switch causes this as well as low r134. Any suggestions? thanks
