Rough Idle vibration and misfire code p0302

I checked the following
spark plug New
Coils swapped cylinder 3 to 2 still cylinder 2 misfire
Thermostat new
compression test 150 psig
throttle body cleaned
coil ignition checked and current is coming and sparking
then what next????? please any one can support.
While neutral gear and slow speed, vibrating the engine. light also coming
help help help
