I'm currently doing an conversion myself I recently picked up a a grill that included the molding kit and the mesh, also a full front bumper with the mesh and foglights, I seen that in this thread you had a part called a spacer that I needed I wanted to know what it was and/or is the same part on the regular tb

Yes SS bumper has different spacers molded to SS ones. See post #25 for the part number. It goes behind in the back of the bumper and should stick in there using the provided adhesive.

did you have to switch trailer hitchs or are they the same? just swapped the cover?

Just offering my advice. You don't have to switch the hitch at all. But I do recommend extending the plug to make it easier to get to. The new bumper cover hides the plug a lot and makes it hard to get to.
