My Summit White SS Clone Progress

Well A couple of you know me some members here have inspired me to start a LS/SS Clone. As I have progress I will update. I just got this one today and am open to suggestions. I will be keeping my Roof Rack sorry everyone but I use it actually on my EXT so I know I will use it on the LS. In the last photo for day one, there is an antenna I have a question about. Now this is my first OnStar equipped vehicle and I was told this is the antenna for it. Am I right to assume this? I don't want the antenna there so must I have it? Or does it have anything to do with OnStar?

Year: 2002
Model: Trailblazer LS
Color: Summit White
Mileage: 151315

Day 1:
Removed "Chevrolet", "LS", and all Dealership Decals
Started work on removing Pin Striping.
Cleaned the inside and outside.

Day 2: Will consist of Removing the Running boards, the rest of the pin striping, and the moldings. (By the way if anyone has tips on taking of moldings, pin-striping, and running boards that have been on there since it was new, then please help. Also for now Touch up paint for the chipped areas.

Day 1's Photos (Black Specs are Chips into the paint already there when I got it):

When I did mine I used a heat gun and some time they are held on with strong 3m tape I used a buffer to get the dirt lines off good luck

Thanks, Your talking about the molding right, I will give that a try this morning if it stops raining. The running boards come off with a few bolts? Or is it more complicated than that?

Today I order the SS and GM Squares decals online.

Does anyone know what that piece inside that has Trailblazer written on it is called. Blocked off the area that normally has 4x4 switch there. I am trying to find the ss one.

I know how dangerous that can be. No, I had to order a new fan shroud the moron before me broke it. So I just ordered that and the Jumper cables is because the battery was dead I hadn't taken them out yet.

Also what is this part called or where can I find an SS replacement for this? I guess it blocks the hole where 4x4 switch normally would go.

For the GM Performance Division ones I got two the big 3" one and the 2" one also. So I guess I will figure out where to put the extra one. I also got two of the door "SS" ones also.

TailGate Badges:

Of Course in this last one I will not put the LS part on there.
