06 Trailblazer EXT v6 multiple codes keep reocurring

NOT Solved! Why do I have to select a prefix, but the only one is 'Solved'? Odd.

I hope someone can give me some ideas, I'm at my wit's end with this. The engine light in out trailblazer keeps coming on and going off. Each time it comes on it's the same 4 codes P0014, P0171, P0455, P0496. I've already changed the valve timing solenoid (did make it run smoother) the vent solenoid, the purge valve and changed the gas cap twice. I also ran a can of fuel line cleaner through it. The light went off for a while, now it's intermittent, but mostly on. We're 2 months out of inspection and it won't pass with the light on in NY. Every time we get near the mechanics to complete the inspection the dam light comes back on! The thing is there are no issues with how the vehicle runs. It idles smooth, has great power and never hesitates. I've checked the codes as soon as the light comes on and it's always all 4, so I have to believe that there is some common issue causing all 4, but they don't seem to be related in any way. Can anyone help?

Disconnect the negative battery cable, leave it disconnected for 20-30 minutes. Then re-connect the cable to the battery and drive for 30 minutes so computer can relearn. This will just reset the computer to stock settings.

I was trying to avoid doing that because it takes a very long time for all banks to report in again, and it won't pass inspection until they do. Last time we had to drive several hundred miles before they all reported and then the light came back anyway, but that was clearing the codes with a code reader.

Does this have the same effect as clearing the codes with a code reader, or is there a difference doing it that way?
