Delayed acceleration, high rpm shifts

Hey guys/gals. I have a 2003 Tb LT with 160k. My issue seems to be two problems with in one. I get a dleayed response with acceleration through any gear as well as high RPM revs and my truck seems to not want to shift until i let off the gas a little. It has not thrown any codes what so ever and ive even hooked it up to a top of the line snap on scanner and drove around while my mechanic buddy looked at all of the diagnostics. Everything reads normal. Any suggestions?

I'd start with a flush/filter change, personally.

That will do nothing to alleviate his problem. It's kind of like changing your motor oil if it won't start.

Look at the scanner again and see what the TPS voltage at closed throttle is. Should close to .5 volts, or a little more. Also see if it will shift when commanded to by the scanner. Also check your fluid to make sure it's not burnt up. Also, with the scanner hooked up see what gear is being commanded when it should have shifted already.

I have a lease on the word "also".
