Shift lever help

I have an 05 envoy xl. The other the the bushing on the shifter cable fell apart so I bought the dorman bushings cleaned the shift lever the best I could and popped it back on. It was good for about three days til my wife got stuck grocery shopping because it wouldn’t shift out of park. The issue is that the little nipple or whatever that the bushing goes on is very rusty and the bushing won’t stsy on. I’m at a loss of what I should do. Is there a replacement shifter arm I can get and how hard are tgese to take off. The picture I attached is before I cleaned it!
