Value of www.Trailvoy.com

Hi All,
Just wanted to start a general discussion about the value of this site. My main question is:

How many of you would have dumped/sold your Trailvoy if it wasn't for this site?

I can say that I would have sold my Envoy 40K miles ago if it weren't for this site. I couldn't afford or didn't think there would be value in all of the repairs I would have had to make at the shop. Doing the repairs myself has saved me a ton of money and I have taken these learnings to work on my wife's Hyundai for some of the common stuff: brakes, rotors, spark plugs...

So as Ali G would say, "Big ups" to Trailvoy.com

True dat. Even with TV, I almost lost the whip for a Ford about this time last year. I would not have made it this long without this place.

I wouldn't have sold it, but without this site a lot of issues that I have encountered would have been more difficult to diagnose. For instance, the service manual that I use doesn't mention the woes of a dirty t-body after a batt disconnect, how to reset erratic hvac controllers, or the cluster/interior switches bulbs actually being serviceable.

Ali G would also say "respect".

I would still have my TB if it were not for Trailvoy, but I am definately MUCH happier with the things that I have done to the truck because of this site

I dont think I would have bought my XUV in May of this year if this site did not exist - I play around with a few different vehicles and the value of a good site supporting your vehicle of choice - with people willing to help / share info is invaluable.

I've been a member since 2005 when I was going to buy one new, then I was thinking of a TBSS in 06/07... and finally came back to the XUV this year. During the breaks I'd occasionally come in a browse around mostly to follow up on the TBSS's but in all I've always felt a warm wlecome-ness of the group here.

Believe me, its not that way on all vehicle-related sites !!

I would have still bought and had my TB because I discovered the site after I bought it but I don't think I would have done the mods/ maintenance that I have, (hids, TB cleaning, res delete, tinting, ect..) because I don't know anywhere else that has such a large collection of information about our trucks besides TrailVoy. This site has saved me some money by me doing all my own stuff thanks to write ups and tips and experiences from other members. So, thanks TrailVoy

I would say this site played a part in selecting my Rainier. Haven't had it long enough to get the full effect of this site yet.

I would not have sold my envoy regardless of the existance of this site. But I would not have done the modifications I have done without this site's guidance.

I don't know about selling/trading in the Trailblazer......but this site has definitely helped in making modifications easier on my truck, and I have also met a bunch of great people with some very helpful insight into future things to do to the TB.......The social network of people here is great
