Wire diagnostics

Hello, I have recently purchased '05 trailblazer from a police auction. It had been stolen and it was a search and seizure. Now my stering column is taken apart and there are wires hanging. I need to know what they are and where they go. My cruise doesn't work, check air bag massage, and there is no radio. Thanks for any help.

Autozone has wiring diagrams -

From those you can get connector and wire colors on pin numbers which should help.
