Simply use a pick or a small screw driver to remove the clips. Then pull the line straight out of the fitting. To reinstall put the clips back on the fitting, squeezing them a bit so that they are not stretched out, starting with one end and roll them around the fitting. Once they are installed, simply push the lines back in until the snap into place. Give the lines a little pull to make sure that you have them snapped in all the way and your done. Hope this helps. ^ What he said. It's fairly straight forward...just don't lose the metal retaining clips...if you're not careful they could fly off when you're removing them. Re-installation was far easier than removal, though both weren't terribly difficult.
I wanted to install earls quick disconnect fittings when i had my trans out. I took measurements and it look really tight. I went with the regular an fittings with a 45 degree bend and s/s hoses. Worked out pretty good.
