How wide do you want the single scoop? I'll have to do this sometime this weekend when I get a chance.

I'd like to see some rear vents as well, something to release the heat.

How hard can it be to adapt a hood to the SS? Even if it was just a small cowl hood, make something! Heck, the "SS" hood they make doesn't look bad, I don't necessarilty need it to be functional...just make a fake scoop with a cowl look....should be pretty easy....but if their goal is to only make hoods that are functional, I guess that's a different story.

The hood they make now fits the 4.2L TB, Envoy, and ever other GMT-360/370/305 with the I6.

The issue is that the V8s have less clearance under the hood as they are a bigger engine than the I6 is. One member bought the I6 hood and found out the hard way it doesnt fit an SS or any V8 models.

And, BLK60SS, there isnt a GMT-380 platform, just the 360 (SWB models), 370 (LWB models), and 305 (XUV model only). Sorry for being a [email protected]

I like that hood a lot, but I would prefer a cowl induction style. Just my personal preference. You would think that Goodmark would have something available, but not yet!
