Just had mine replaced yesterday, was rattling and annoying the hell outta me! Took to the dealer to get it checked out and (glad I got the GMPP) they replaced it. Was kinda surprised as I'm not much over 30k miles.

Even with out the GMPP, you're covered under a federal warranty up to 8 years or 80k miles

Catalytic Converter

You can get a better catalytic converter from Magnaflow for less than the dealer. I used, as they had the best prices and free shipping.
