Muffler/resonator delete + Glasspack

Hey guys, about a year ago I decided on deleting the resonator on my SS and I was content with the sound for about a year but now I decided on making it a little louder so today I took it to the local muffler shop in town and got a single 3" ID 3"OD glasspack installed inplace of the stock muffler and DAMN does that thing sound badass ...I saw on a few threads that some people were unsure about the stock muffler and its straight through design...I'll get a few pictures but yeah its straight through all right but has a slight bend in it (I'm guessing to create backpressure?) Just wanted to let people out there know that there IS an alternative to getting a badass sound out of the SS without spending a fortune on a cat back exhaust system (mine cost $65 all together including glasspack and installation) ....so yeah if your looking for a dragster sound to your SS and don't mind that "boat idleing" sound and a drone at around 2K rpm + then you should definitly look into this mod

i did the res and muffler delete, put a flowmaster and a SS tip, called it good, and sounds sweet!!!!!, people know I'm coming.

at the dealer yesterday, in the service area, when i started my truck the entire shop stopped and looked at me with that WOW look in there faces, i chuckled and left with a healthy dose of on throttle happiness.

I did the same thing to my wifes ss, then I added headers with high flow cats and that made it even louder.

but I added a chambered type muffler.
