Sudden Limp Mode - U0101 Code

06 Envoy Denali - 151K miles - Recent Trans rebuild less than 2000 miles- Driving normal around 45mph and speedometer stops working, gear indicator moves to 1st. Instantly can feel power loss. Pending U0101 code. Went for broke and purchased a new TCM from dealer with same results. Inspected fuse blocks, all seem to be in great shape, no sign of corrosion or damages. Checked harness near control arm for damages, all seem good. Checked wires near adjustable pedal no damages. Is there any other obvious things to check before I return the new TCM and purchase a $300 fuse block? Could this be something the transmission shop had a hand in? Thanks in advance.
