Talking From USA today

Chevrolet TrailBlazer SS
What is it?
Low-volume-production, high-performance version of Chevrolet's four-door, five-passenger, midsize SUV, created by what's called the GM Performance Division. SS is available with rear-wheel (RWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD). Manufactured at Moraine, Ohio.
How soon?
On sale since November.
How much?
SS is a $5,270 option package available on TrailBlazer LS models with 1SB equipment package and LT models with 1SE equipment package. The least expensive SS RWD starts at $31,255, including $710 destination charge. Least-expensive AWD is $33,505. An AWD test model with most options was $40,305.
Online car-shopping sites say you should be able to buy one for a few hundred dollars less than dealer-invoice cost once you factor in the current $1,000 rebate.
The SS option package was $5,175 until mid-February. Some pricing information might still list the old price.
How many?
10,000 this year, more next.

That's an old article and only an average guess.

I have seen maybe 5 others on the road since I picked mine up in June. And those were seen between NJ & SC.

Same old BS

I called GM again this week and I got the same story from them. They said they won't have the numbers until the end of the calendar year. I don't understand that because the 06 production year was over in June and 07 TBSS are hitting lots everyday. Surely somebody in middle/upper management knows those numbers.
