Any one know what all exactly i need to make a intake?i hear its a lot cheaper and can look pretty good.Or has any one done this and can tell me what they used to the "T"?:bonk:
i did a fenderwell intake for mine... it aint cheap though. 3x 4" 45º bend, 1x 4"-3.75" 90º reducing bend, 1x 4"-3.75" reducing coupling, about 1ft of 4" aluminum tube, and an aluminum 45º bend. and the filter. probably looking at about $150 there
keep in mind once you start modifying this stuff you're messing with your ve you should get tuned locally to avoid running lean
with that in mind, if you're just looking at going bottom dollar, ie some pcv pipe crap, then i wouldn't bother
