Led headlights

New here not exactly sure where to post this but i have a 2003 gmc envoy xl wanted to switch out my factory headlights for led headlight bought a kit off ebay but when i installed them they messed with the radio was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the radio interference

When i had the led headlights the radio would come in all staric with the headlights on but when i turned them off the radio would play as normal

It's the leds causing the RF interference. Probably a cheap non-CAN BUS kit. I have superbrightleds.com bulbs in mine and the radio is perfectly fine.
