Seat Belt help needed - 2006 Saab 9-7x

Hi everyone, I'm hoping a member can help me with this question.
My wife bumped a jersey barrier and the front seat belts are locked in the 'restrain' position. There is a company that replaces the seat belt airbag-like sensor thing and/or sends you a new seat belt but I can't figure out how to remove the seat belt to send to them.
The seat belt mechanisms are inside the seat itself on this model, so I'm confused as to how to 'get at' them. All of the videos online I've found have the more common 'seat belt mechanism inside the side wall of the vehicle' model.
