help please tranny issue

Ok guys Im having some tranny issues. when the ss is warm its revs really high before shifting and does so really hard. Now when its cold it runs great and shifts as it should. Now ive takin it to a tranny shop and they say that my second gear is gone. My tb has just over 67k on it and I drive it like a like a lil old lady. I am the 3rd owner but have not had any issues until I had taken it to rpm in delaware and had a 160 t-stat efans and a dyno tune done. Now they assure me that the tune is not the issue. I have thought of doing the trans cooler but is it too late now. Any help would be great guys I,m at my wits end and Im about to just get rid of my SS. Thanks

Hmm...I'd star with checking the tranny oil first then perhaps the fuel pressure regulator? it could be the gear too....please post what the cause really was either here or shoot me a pm Krissy....good luck.
